Easily send and receive messages directly with clients. Instead of opening up your email or phone to send a message, you can send messages directly from the Karma website or mobile app. Your client will receive a notification in their email or SMS whenever you send a message, and you will receive a notification on your phone, email, or mobile app when they reply.

The best part: Karma will track conversations no matter where they are sent from. So if you send a message from the mobile app, and your client replies from SMS or email, the messages are tracked to the same booking.

Sending a Message to a Client from the Web

    Load “Appointments”
    Click on the Appointments link on the left side bar.

    Select an appointment
    Click on the appointment with the client you would like to message.

    Type your message
    Enter your message in the box, select how you want the client to be notified, and click Send.

    Client receives message
    Your client will receive a notification. Your client can easily reply directly to the email or SMS.

Sending a Message to a Client from the mobile app (iOS or Android)

    Open the iOS/Android app.
    Tap on an appointment from the dashboard or appointments section.

    From the appointment details page, tap on the Messages tab.

    Enter your message in the box, select how you want the client to be notified, and tap Send.
