After your clients book an appointment, you will receive an email, SMS text message, or notification from the mobile app.

    Review Appointment Details
    You can click on the link inside the email or SMS text message, or find the appointment on your dashboard.

    Review Client’s Details
    Make sure you are comfortable meeting your date. Check their Karma and other available details.

After you review the client and the appointment details, you can:

    Accept Appointment
    If you are available during the appointment date and time, accept the appointment by clicking the Accept button. Your client will receive an email or SMS text message notifying them you have accepted the appointment.

    Cancel Appointment
    If you are not comfortable meeting the client, or don’t want to meet for the appointment, cancel the appointment by clicking the Cancel button. You can enter a reason for cancelling the appointment. Your client will be notified by email or SMS text message about the cancellation, and the reason you want to cancel the appointment.

Tip: If you change your mind, you can accept an appointment after it has been cancelled by clicking the Accept button! You can also cancel an appointment after it has been accepted by clicking the Cancel button.

    Contact the Client
    If you are not available during that time, send a message to your client and suggest a new time. Your client will be notified by email or SMS text message.

Tip: You can change details of the appointment, such as the date, time and location, from the appointment details page. Click on the Change Booking button, make your changes, and save your changes. Your client will receive an email or SMS text message notifying them about the change.
